• Next-day Delivery at the earliest: For in-stock orders with payment completed before 4 PM (Hong Kong Time) on weekdays, delivery may be as early as the next day.

• Order Cut-off: The daily cut-off time is 4 PM. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Pre-order Items: Arrival period is 5-30 working days. Please refer to the "Pre-order Policy" for details.

• Force Majeure: Delivery services may be delayed due to severe weather conditions (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8, Red/Black Rainstorm Warning), bank payment reviews, or customs clearance.

3. Important Delivery Notices

• 【SF Express SMS Cancellation】: To prevent fraud, SF Express has completely canceled SMS notifications. Please make sure to download the "SF Express App" to get your pickup code. Any overdue surcharges due to not downloading the App will be borne by the customer.

• 【Taiwan Real-Name Authentication】: For parcels sent to Taiwan, the recipient must complete EZ WAY (Easy Way) real-name authentication; otherwise, the goods will not be able to clear customs.

• 【International Order Taxes】: International shipping fees do not include customs duties of the destination country. All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is returned due to refusal to pay duties, shipping fees and return costs will not be refunded.

FAQ | Delivery Frequently Asked Questions (Q&A)

Q1: If I buy one in-stock item and one pre-order item, can I receive the in-stock item first?

Yes, you can. However, please note that the free shipping offer only applies to a single shipment. If you request separate shipments, free shipping will only cover the first parcel, and subsequent parcels will be sent with shipping payable on delivery.

Q2: I need it urgently for a football match tomorrow night, can it be delivered on the same day?

SF Express delivers at the earliest the next day. If you need same-day pickup, please call the store (+852 94527757) to confirm stock availability and arrange Lalamove/GOGOX to pick it up at the store during business hours.

Note: Once goods are handed over to a third-party driver, the risk is borne by the customer.

Q3: What if I filled in the wrong address?

Once the goods are shipped, we cannot modify the information. Please prepare the waybill number and contact SF Express customer service directly to request an address change. Any additional transfer fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

Q4: I paid $250 for shipping, why do I still have to pay customs duties?

$250 is the express delivery cost for EMS. Import taxes are levied by the customs authorities of your location according to local laws and are not part of the online store's shipping fees.

Q5: Will orders be shipped during Typhoon Signal No. 8?

No. Logistics companies will suspend services during severe weather. All orders will be shipped in sequence once the weather improves and express services resume.

Q6: Why hasn't my order shipped yet, showing "Bank Reviewing"?

This is a security mechanism of the payment system to protect cardholders from unauthorized transactions. The review is usually completed in a short period, and once verified, we will ship the order immediately.
