We currently do not offer refunds, only an exchange policy. Customers may exchange once within 7 days (Day 1 = receipt date).
Items must be unworn, with original box, tags, and invoice intact, and clean sole (no dirt, wear, or odor).
Exchange for same or higher value shoes only (multiple items allowed ≥ original paid amount, excluding shipping). Pay difference / no change given. No current promotions apply. Round-trip shipping paid by customer.
