我們目前並沒有退款政策,只有換貨政策,客人可於7 天內可一次換貨（簽收日算第 1 天）

須全新未穿、原盒吊牌齊全、鞋底乾淨

可換等值或更高價鞋款（可多件相加 ≥ 原實付，不含運費）。

補差價／不找零，不享當期優惠，來回運費客人自理。

We currently do not offer refunds, only an exchange policy. Customers may exchange once within 7 days (Day 1 = receipt date).

Items must be unworn, with original box, tags, and invoice intact, and clean sole (no dirt, wear, or odor).

Exchange for same or higher value shoes only (multiple items allowed ≥ original paid amount, excluding shipping). Pay difference / no change given. No current promotions apply. Round-trip shipping paid by customer.

Q1：你們有退款嗎？

Q2：可以換比原價便宜的鞋嗎？

不行。只能換 等值或更高價 鞋款 ,可選 2 件或以上 相加（總額 ≥ 原實付，不含運費）,換貴 → 補差價 ,換等值／小於 → 不退差價

Q3：原訂單 1800 元，我可以換 1200 元成人鞋 + 500 元童鞋 + 79 元鞋襪嗎？

原訂單 1800 元，您可以換 1200 元的成人鞋款、500 元的童鞋以及 79 元的鞋襪，總額為 1779 元。 由於換貨總額低於原實付金額，差價 21 元不會找零，也無需補付。 換貨時可選多件商品相加，但必須等值或高於原實付金額（不含運費），且不適用當期任何優惠。

EN：Order was HK$1,800. Can I exchange for adult shoes HK$1,200 + kids shoes HK$500 + socks HK$79? 

For an original order of HK$1,800, you may exchange for adult shoes at HK$1,200, kids’ shoes at HK$500, and socks at HK$79, totaling HK$1,779.

Since the exchange total is below the original paid amount, the HK$21 difference will not be refunded or adjusted. 

Multiple items may be combined during exchange, provided the total meets or exceeds the original paid amount (excluding shipping), and no current promotions apply.

Hong Kong Region: Free delivery for single footwear item across Hong Kong (limited to SF Express service points or SF LOCKER self-pickup) / Uniform doorstep delivery charge of HKD $20 (applies only if selected at order submission).

Macau Region: Free shipping on orders over MOP $800 (all locations).

Taiwan Region: Free shipping on orders over NTD $3400 (all locations).

All accessory orders are shipped on a cash-on-delivery (COD) basis.
