DELIVERY & SHIPPING | 配送政策

我們致力提供極速、透明的物流服務。請在下單前詳閱以下配送條款： We are committed to providing fast and transparent logistics services. Please read the following terms before placing your order:

香港及澳門：極速發貨安排 (Fastest Delivery)

  • 最快翌日送達 (Next-Day Delivery): 凡於平日 下午 4 時前 完成付款之「現貨」訂單，我們將即日處理，最快可於翌日送到閣下指定的地址或順豐站。

    • For "In-stock" orders paid before 4:00 PM on weekdays, we will process them on the same day for delivery as early as the next day to your address or SF store.

  • 截單時間 (Cut-off Time): 每日下午 4 時（香港時間）。週六、日及公眾假期之訂單將順延至下一個工作天處理。

    • 4:00 PM daily (HKT). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

順豐速運：重要取件通知 (SF Express Update)

為保障安全及杜絕詐騙，順豐已全面取消「短訊 (SMS) 取貨通知」。 To ensure security and prevent fraud, SF Express has completely cancelled SMS pick-up notifications.

  • 取件方式 (Pick-up Method): 揀選「順豐站」或「智能櫃」的客戶，請務必下載 [順豐速運 App] 以獲取取件碼 / QR Code。

    • Customers choosing SF Stores or Lockers must download the SF Express App to obtain the pick-up code or QR Code.

  • 地點查詢 (Locations): 順豐智能櫃地址 | 順豐站地址

1. 地區運費說明 (Shipping Rates by Region)

■ 香港及澳門 (Hong Kong & Macau)

  • 免運費優惠 (Free Shipping): 單一訂單消費滿 HKD $800 / MOP $800 或以上，即享免運費優惠。

    • Free shipping on single orders of HKD $800 / MOP $800 or more.

  • 未滿額訂單 (Below Threshold): 統一以運費到付 (Pay on Delivery) 形式寄出。

    • Orders below the threshold will be sent via Pay on Delivery.

■ 台灣 (Taiwan)

  • 免運費優惠 (Free Shipping): 單一訂單消費滿 NTD $3,400 或以上，即享免運費優惠。

    • Free shipping on single orders of NTD $3,400 or more.

■ 國際配送 (International Delivery)

  • 配送方式 (Method): 所有國際訂單均統一使用 EMS (特快專遞) 寄出。

    • All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).

  • 運費標準 (Rate): 固定運費為每雙貨品 HKD $250。

    • Flat rate of HKD $250 per pair of items.

  • 關稅責任 (Customs & Duties): 目的地國家之關稅、稅項或清關費由客人承擔。

    • Import duties, taxes, or clearance fees of the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

FAQ | 配送與物流常見問題

Q1: 我急需在明天收到球鞋，可以安排即日送貨嗎？ Can I arrange same-day delivery for an urgent order?

  • 順豐配送時效受物流公司實際情況影響，我們無法保證絕對送達時間。如有極急件需求，請聯絡我們 (+852 94527757) 並自行安排 Lalamove / GOGOX 到店取貨。

  • SF Express delivery times depend on their actual operations; we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time. For urgent needs, please contact us and arrange your own Lalamove / GOGOX for in-store pickup.

Q2: 我的訂單金額為 $780，可以免運費嗎？ My order is $780; can I get free shipping?

  • 不設破例。免運費門檻為 HKD $800 / MOP $800 / NTD $3,400。建議加購襪子或保養用品以湊夠金額。

  • No exceptions. The threshold is HKD $800 / MOP $800 / NTD $3,400. We recommend adding socks or care products to meet the requirement.

Q3: 為什麼我收不到順豐的取件短訊 (SMS)？ Why didn't I receive an SF Express pick-up SMS?

  • 順豐已全面轉用 App 內通知。如因未安裝 App 導致超時附加費，需由客人承擔。

  • SF Express has switched to in-app notifications. Any surcharges due to late pickup caused by not having the app are the customer's responsibility.

Q4: 寄往台灣的運費及 EZ WAY 是什麼？ What are the shipping rates for Taiwan and what is EZ WAY?

  • 滿 NTD $3,400 即享免運費。未滿額訂單將以運費到付形式發貨。EZ WAY 是台灣海關要求的實名認證 App。

  • Free shipping over NTD $3,400. Orders below will be sent via Pay on Delivery. EZ WAY is a mandatory real-name authentication app for Taiwan customs.

Q5: 國際訂單付了 $250 運費後，還需要付關稅嗎？ Do I still need to pay duties after paying the $250 shipping fee?

  • 是的。 $250 僅為運費，目的地國家的進口稅項由收件人自行負擔。

  • Yes. The $250 is for shipping only. Import taxes of the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Q6: 為什麼訂單顯示「銀行付款審查」？ Why does my order show "Payment Review"?

  • 這是保障卡主的安全監控機制。一旦驗證通過，我們將立即安排發貨。

  • This is a security measure to protect cardholders. We will ship your order as soon as the verification is complete.

Q7: 我差 $20 才滿免運費門檻，可以幫我免運嗎？ I’m $20 short of the free shipping threshold; can I still get free shipping?

  • 非常抱歉，系統是自動識別付款金額來啟動免運費功能。門檻為港澳地區 $800 / 台灣地區 $3,400。為了享受優惠，我們建議您加購一對波襪或鞋油。

  • We apologize, but our system automatically applies free shipping based on the payment amount. The threshold is $800 (HK/MO) or $3,400 (TW). We recommend adding socks or shoe care products to your cart to enjoy the offer.

Q8: 如果我使用了折扣碼後，金額變成了 $750，還有免運費嗎？ If my total drops to $750 after using a discount code, do I still get free shipping?

  • 免運費是按最終實付金額計算。如果折扣後未滿指定門檻（如港澳 $800），將不符合免運費資格。

  • Free shipping is calculated based on the final net payment amount. If the total is below the threshold (e.g., $800 for HK/MO) after discounts, it will not qualify.
