Thank you for choosing our professional sourcing service. By placing a pre-order with HKGBALLBOOT LIMITED, you agree to the following specialized terms:

感謝您選擇我們的專業代購服務。凡於 HKGBALLBOOT LIMITED 進行預購,即代表您同意以下特定條款:

1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY | 預計到貨時間

  • EN: Pre-order items typically arrive within 5 to 30 working days. While we strive for punctual delivery, international logistics may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., customs inspection or supplier delays).

  • CH: 預購商品之預計到貨日期一般為 5 至 30 個工作天。我們會全力確保準時到貨,但國際物流可能受不可控因素(如海關清關或供應商延誤)影響,敬請見諒。

  • Inquiry: You may check your order status via WhatsApp/Email by providing your Order Number. We will respond within 24-48 hours during business hours.

  • 查詢進度: 客人可經由 WhatsApp 或電郵提供訂單編號查詢進度。我們將於收到查詢後的 24-48 小時內(客戶服務時間內)作出回覆。

2. PAYMENT & STOCK SHORTAGE | 付款與貨源不足

  • EN: Full payment is required to secure your pre-order. In the event of a stock shortage or "Order Cut" by the supplier, a full refund will be processed within 24 hours.

  • CH: 預購商品須付清全數款項。如遇貨源不足或供應商裁單(砍單),我們將於 24 小時內安排沿路全數退款。

  • Note: Once a refund is initiated, banks or payment platforms (Credit Card/Alipay) may take 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in your account.

  • 備註: 退款手續一經辦理,銀行或支付平台需時約 5 至 7 個工作天處理。

3. FIRM ORDER POLICY | 訂單不可取消

  • EN: Once a pre-order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled or modified. We immediately allocate funds to secure your stock from overseas.

  • CH: 預購訂單一經付款確認,恕不接受任何理由之取消或更改。由於我們在收到訂單後會立即向海外供應商訂購,請在下單前務必確認顏色及尺碼。

4. EXCHANGE & SIZING | 換貨與尺碼

  • EN: We offer size exchanges for in-store stock within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in original condition with the box. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of other sizes for pre-order items.

  • CH: 客人可在收到貨品後 7 天內更換門市現貨尺碼(需保持全新及連同原裝鞋盒)。請注意,我們無法保證預購型號的其他尺碼仍有庫存可供更換。

5. CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING | 合併發貨安排

  • EN: Orders containing both "In-stock" and "Pre-order" items will be shipped together once all items arrive. If you prefer partial shipping, additional delivery fees may apply.

  • CH: 若訂單同時包含「現貨」及「預購」商品,我們將待所有貨品到齊後一併發貨。如需分開發貨,免運費優惠僅適用於首筆寄出的貨品,後續發貨或需額外支付運費。

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT & PACKAGING | 長途運輸與包裝

  • EN: Pre-order products (especially from Japan) undergo long-distance transport. We cannot guarantee the shoebox will remain in pristine condition. Refunds will not be granted for damaged shoeboxes unless the product itself is compromised.

  • CH: 預購商品經長途國際運輸,我們無法保證鞋盒完全無損。鞋盒受損恕不設退款。若經檢驗證明鞋款因包裝受損而導致品質受影響(符合 T&C 瑕疵定義),我們將提供全數退款。

Q1: 預購產品需要等待多久?

How long does it take for pre-order items to arrive?

  • 預購期通常為 5 至 30 個工作天(不包括週六、日及公眾假期)。到貨時間視乎貨源所在地(如日本、英國)及物流清關進度而定。

  • Pre-orders typically take 5 to 30 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Delivery time depends on the source location (e.g., Japan, UK) and customs clearance progress.

Q2: 下單付款後可以取消訂單或退款嗎?

Can I cancel my order or get a refund after payment?

  • 不可以。 訂單一旦確認,我們會立即向海外供應商採購及付款。因此,我們不接受任何理由的取消或退款申請,下單前請務必確認型號及尺碼。

  • No. Once an order is confirmed, we immediately process and pay our overseas suppliers. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for any reason. Please double-check the model and size before ordering.

Q3: 如果海外供應商缺貨怎麼辦?

What if the overseas supplier is out of stock?

  • 若遇到缺貨,我們會於 24 小時內通知客人並安排全額退款

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and arrange a full refund within 24 hours.

Q4: 為什麼我收到的鞋盒有擠壓或損毀?

Why is the shoebox I received dented or damaged?

  • 預購產品經海外長途運輸,鞋盒難免會因擠壓而出現輕微損毀。我們保證產品本身完好無缺,但鞋盒狀況不屬於退換範圍。

  • Pre-order items undergo long-distance international shipping, which may result in minor damage to the shoebox. We guarantee the product itself is in perfect condition, but the condition of the box is not eligible for return or exchange.

Q5: 預購產品可以換碼嗎? / Can I exchange the size of a pre-order item?

  • 不可以。 預購產品屬於專屬代訂,下單後恕不接受重新向海外訂購換碼。如尺碼不合,僅限親臨門市更換「門市現貨」

  • 更換條件: 更換之現貨價值必須等於或高於原訂單金額(可選擇兩件或以上貨品湊合總額),客人需補回差價。

  • No. Pre-order items are specifically ordered for you; we do not offer overseas re-ordering for exchanges. If the size is incorrect, you can only exchange for "In-stock items" at our physical store.

  • Conditions: The value of the replacement item(s) must be equal to or higher than the original order value (you may combine two or more items to meet the amount). Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

Q6: 為什麼有些預購產品沒有原裝標籤 (Tag)?

Why do some pre-order items arrive without original tags?

  • 部分海外地區的產品在進口或清關過程中,標籤可能會被移除或未附帶,但我們保證所有產品均為 100% 正版全新品

  • For products from certain overseas regions, tags may be removed during the import or customs process. We guarantee all products are 100% authentic and brand new.

Q7: 下單後如果發現選錯碼數,可以立即更改嗎? / Can I change the size immediately after placing an order?

  • 不可以。 為了確保到貨時效,當訂單完成付款後,系統會立即進入海外訂購及轉運流程。因此,訂單一旦成立,我們不接受任何碼數、顏色或型號的更改。請在結帳前務必確認資料準確。

  • No. To ensure the fastest delivery, once payment is confirmed, our system immediately initiates the overseas ordering and transit process. Therefore, we do not accept any changes to size, color, or model once the order is placed. Please ensure all details are correct before checking out.
