1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY | 換貨資格

  • Time Limit: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the tracking delivery date or in-store purchase date).

  • Condition: Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and the original shoebox intact.

  • Exclusions: Once the product shows signs of use ("On-pitch" use), it is strictly ineligible for exchange.

2. DEFECTIVE ITEMS | 產品瑕疵處理

  • Notification: If you receive a defective item (as defined in our T&C), you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence.

  • 申報: 若收到具生產瑕疵之貨品(定義見條款及細則),必須在收貨後 48 小時內聯繫我們並提供照片證明。

  • Standard: Minor glue marks, loose threads, or shoebox compression during transit are not considered defects.

  • 標準: 輕微溢膠、線頭或運輸過程導致的鞋盒受壓,不視為產品瑕疵。

3. EXCHANGE PROCESS | 換貨流程

  • In-Store Exchange: You may visit our store during business hours for an immediate size exchange (subject to stock availability). No receipt is required, but please provide your purchase date and order details.

  • 門市換貨: 閣下可於營業時間親臨門市辦理。無需收據,但請提供購買日期及訂單詳情以供核對。

  • SF Express Exchange: You may return the item via SF Express. Please note that all logistics costs (return and re-delivery) are to be borne by the customer.

  • 郵寄換貨: 客人可經順豐速運寄回貨品。請注意,所有產生的來回運費均須由客人承擔

4. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY | 不設退款聲明

  • EN: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless an item is confirmed as a manufacturing defect and no replacement is available.

  • CH: 本店不設退款服務。除非貨品經證實為生產瑕疵且無法提供換貨,否則所有已售出之貨品恕不退款。

換貨折扣保留及時效準則 (Supplemental Terms: Exchange Discount & Timeframe)

1. 優惠折扣保留權 (Retention of Purchase Discounts):

  • 閣下如欲以購買時的優惠折扣(例如:2 件 85 折)更換貨品,必須在收貨日起計的 3 天內將原貨品退回至本公司(收貨當天計作第 1 天,收件時間以順豐速運之物流記錄為準)。

  • 若貨品於收貨後第 4 天或以後才退回,更換之新貨品將不獲保留原訂單之折扣,屆時將以貨品之原價或當時標價計算,客人須補回相關差價。

  • To retain the original purchase discount (e.g., 15% OFF for 2 items) during an exchange, items must be returned to us within 3 days of receipt (including the day of delivery, based on SF Express records).

  • Returns made on or after the 4th day will NOT retain the discount. The replacement item will be charged at its current listed price, and the customer must pay the difference.

2. 非折扣訂單之換貨原則 (Exchanges for Non-Discounted / Pre-order Items):

  • 若原訂單為預購產品 (Pre-order),或下單時該貨品並未享有任何折扣,換貨時更換之新貨品將一律按當時標價計算,不設任何追溯折扣。

  • If the original order was a Pre-order or was purchased without any discount, the replacement item will be charged at its current listed price with no retrospective discounts applied.

3. 範例參考 (Case Example):

  • 情況 A: 1 月 1 日簽收(享有 85 折),1 月 3 日或之前將球鞋退回本公司,換貨可繼續享有 85 折。

  • 情況 B: 1 月 1 日簽收(享有 85 折),1 月 4 日才將球鞋退回本公司,折扣將告失效,新貨品須按原價購買。

  • Case A: Received Jan 1st (with 15% OFF), returned by Jan 3rd. Discount remains valid for the exchange.

  • Case B: Received Jan 1st (with 15% OFF), returned on Jan 4th. Discount expires; the replacement is charged at the original price.

Can I request a refund if the size doesn't fit?

  • 本公司不設退款服務。 如尺碼不合,我們僅提供更換尺碼或同等價值的門市現貨。請在購買前參考尺碼表或諮詢客服。

  • We do not offer refunds. If the size is incorrect, we only provide exchanges for different sizes or in-stock items of equal value. Please refer to our size chart or contact customer service before purchasing.

What are the basic conditions for an exchange?

  • 貨品必須保持全新未下地、標籤完整、鞋盒完好,並於簽收後 7 天內提出申請。所有已下地使用(不論時間長短)的貨品,一律不接受任何理由的退換。

  • Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, with all tags intact and the original shoebox undamaged. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items that have been used on the pitch (regardless of duration).

Q3: 換貨時我可以更換哪些貨品?

What items can I choose for an exchange?

  • 客人可更換同款的其他尺碼(視乎庫存),或更換門市現貨。更換貨品的總價值必須等於或高於原訂單金額,客人需補回差價。

  • You may exchange for a different size of the same model (subject to availability) or any in-stock items at our store. The total value of the replacement item(s) must be equal to or higher than the original order, and the customer must pay the difference.

Q4: 換貨的運費由誰承擔?

Who is responsible for the shipping costs of an exchange?

  • 除非貨品存在結構性瑕疵,否則所有換貨產生的來回運費(包括寄回及再次寄出的費用)均由客人承擔。客人亦可預約親臨門市免費辦理。

  • Unless the item has structural defects, all shipping costs involved in the exchange (including return and re-shipping) are the responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, customers may book an appointment for a free exchange at our store.

Q5: 什麼情況會被定義為「瑕疵貨品」?

What is defined as a "defective product"?

  • 瑕疵僅限於嚴重的結構損壞或大面積脫膠。輕微溢膠、線頭、或因國際運輸導致的鞋盒壓損,均不屬於瑕疵範圍。請在簽收後 48 小時內提供照片以供審核。

  • Defects are limited to serious structural damage or major glue failure. Minor glue residue, loose threads, or shoebox damage caused by international shipping are not considered defects. Please provide photos within 48 hours of receipt for review.

Q6: 預購貨品可以申請換碼嗎?

Can I exchange the size of a pre-order item?

  • 預購貨品屬於專屬代訂,不設重新向海外下單換碼。如尺碼不合,僅限更換門市現貨(須符合上述換貨條件)。

  • Pre-order items are specifically ordered for you; we do not re-order from overseas for size exchanges. If the size is incorrect, you can only exchange for in-stock items at our store (subject to the exchange conditions above).

Q7: 購買優惠產品後,換貨時還能享有當時的折扣嗎? Can I still enjoy the original discount when exchanging promotional items?
