1. FITTING & HYGIENE | 試穿與衛生規範

  • EN: For hygiene and product integrity, customers must wear socks during fitting. Our staff will assist with the fitting process to ensure the product is not damaged.

  • CH: 基於衛生及保護貨品考慮,試穿時必須穿著襪子。店員將在旁協助試穿,以確保貨品不被損壞。

  • Handling of Damage: In the event of accidental damage (e.g., snapped laces or leather creases) during fitting, our staff will assess the situation and handle it at our discretion.

  • 損耗處理: 若在試穿過程中不慎導致貨品損壞(如弄斷鞋帶或皮革明顯摺痕),店員將根據實際情況酌情處理。

2. PRICE CONSISTENCY | 價格同步政策

  • EN: Online and in-store prices are identical unless specified as an "Online Exclusive" or "In-store Exclusive" promotion.

  • CH: 除非特別註明為「網店限定」或「門市限定」優惠,否則所有商品之門市與網店售價均為一致。

3. IN-STORE PICKUP | 門市自取

  • EN: For order collection, please provide your Order Confirmation, Name, and Phone Number. If a third party is collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance via order remarks or WhatsApp.

  • CH: 領取網購貨品時,請提供訂單確認資料、訂單姓名及電話。如需委託朋友代領,請事先向我們備註或透過 WhatsApp 通知。

4. PAYMENT METHODS | 現場付款方式

  • EN: We accept various payment methods (Cash, Credit Card, PayMe, Octopus, etc.) with no additional service fees.

  • CH: 門市接受多種付款方式(現金、信用卡、PayMe、八達通等),且不額外收取任何手續費。

5. FINAL INSPECTION | 現場核對義務

  • EN: Customers are requested to inspect the product thoroughly at the counter before payment. Once the product has left the store, it is deemed to be in good condition. We do not accept returns or exchanges for damages discovered post-purchase.

  • CH: 客人在付款前請務必於收銀處核對清楚鞋款及商品狀況。貨物出門後,即視為狀況良好。後續若發現損毀,將被視為使用痕跡,恕不退換。

6. EXCHANGE POLICY | 門市換貨守則

  • EN: Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original, unused condition with the original shoebox.

  • CH: 於門市購買之貨品,可在 7 天內辦理換貨。貨品必須保持全新未經使用,並保留原裝鞋盒(若鞋盒丟失則不符合換貨政策)。

  • Note: Customers are responsible for all logistics costs related to exchanges via SF Express.

  • 備註: 如經順豐形式退換,所有產生之運費需由客人承擔。

7. PRE-ORDER IN STORE | 門市預訂服務

  • EN: If a size is out of stock, we offer in-store pre-ordering. Once arrived, you can choose in-store collection, SF Express pickup, or door-to-door delivery (additional fees may apply).

  • CH: 如門市缺貨,可在現場付錢預訂。到貨後可選擇門市領取、順豐點自取或加錢送貨上門。到貨後我們將再三確認取貨方式。

8. AFTER-SALES & USAGE | 售後與使用免責

  • EN: Soccer is a high-intensity sport. Once a product shows signs of use, it is ineligible for exchange or warranty claims. We do not provide repair services for used footwear.

  • CH: 足球屬高強度運動。貨品一旦出現使用痕跡,即不符合換貨及質量保證政策。我們無法為已使用的貨品提供賠償、退換或維修服務。

FAQ | STORE POLICY (門市守則)

Q1: 可以在門市試穿球鞋嗎? / Can I try on the boots in-store?

  • 可以,但須遵守試穿守則: 為了保持球鞋(尤其是天然皮革款式)的全新狀態,試穿時必須穿著襪子,並僅限於店內的地毯區域走動。

  • Yes, but please follow our fitting rules: To maintain the brand-new condition of the boots (especially natural leather models), socks must be worn, and walking is strictly limited to the carpeted area.

Q2: 如果我沒有帶襪子,門市可以提供嗎? / Can the store provide socks if I don’t have any?

  • 為個人衛生起見,門市不設借用襪子。如閣下當天未有穿著襪子,可於店內即時購買專業足球襪進行試穿。

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not provide loaner socks. If you are not wearing socks, you may purchase professional football socks in-store for fitting.

Q3: 門市自取的流程是怎樣的? / What is the process for in-store pickup?

  • 網上下單時選擇「門市自取」。請務必於收到「取貨通知」電郵後,方可親臨門市。取件時須出示訂單編號及姓名作核實。

  • Select "In-store Pickup" at checkout. Please wait for our "Ready for Pickup" email before coming. You must present your order number and name for verification.

Q4: 門市自取有期限嗎? / Is there a deadline for picking up my order?

  • 訂單必須於發出取貨通知後 14 天內提取。如超過 30 天未取,本公司保留取消訂單且不作退款之權利。

  • Orders must be collected within 14 days of the pickup notification. If not collected within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund.

Q5: 可以在門市即場更換網店購買的貨品嗎? / Can I exchange web orders at the physical store?

  • 可以。如碼數不合,閣下可於 7 天內親臨門市更換。換貨僅限全新未下地之狀態,且僅能更換門市現有貨品(價值需等於或高於原訂單,補回差價即可)。

  • Yes. If the size is incorrect, you may exchange it in-store within 7 days. Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition. You can only exchange for in-stock items (value must be equal or higher; price difference applies).
