TERMS AND CONDITIONS | 條款及細則

Welcome to HKGBALLBOOT LIMITED. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. 歡迎來到 HKGBALLBOOT LIMITED。閣下進入本網站或下單購買，即表示同意受本條款約束。

1. FORMATION OF CONTRACT | 合約成立

  • 收到訂單確認電郵僅表示我們收到需求。合約僅在我們發出貨品並發送出貨通知時正式生效。我們保留因庫存、定價錯誤或任何原因拒絕訂單的權利。

  • An order confirmation email only acknowledges receipt of your request. The contract is finalized only upon dispatch and sending of the shipping notification. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason.

2. PRICING & ERRORS | 定價與錯誤處理

  • 若因技術故障或人為錯誤導致定價異常，本公司保留取消訂單及全數退款之權利。

  • In case of pricing errors due to technical glitches, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. 預購與代購 (Pre-order & Sourcing)

  • 預購期為 5-30 個工作天（不含假日）。訂單一旦進入訂購流程，恕不接受更改碼數或取消。

  • Pre-order takes 5-30 working days. Once the order is processed, changes in size or cancellations are not accepted.

4. DEFECTS & WARRANTY | 產品瑕疵與保修

  • 生產缺陷 (Manufacturing Defects): 僅限於嚴重脫膠或結構性損毀。輕微溢膠、線頭及皮革自然摺痕不視為瑕疵。

  • 申報期 (Reporting Period): 瑕疵須於收到貨品後 48 小時內申報並提供照片。

  • 使用後免責 (Post-use Disclaimer): 商品一旦落地使用，即視為狀況良好。因場地使用不當（如 FG 用於硬質人造草）導致的損壞，恕不負責。

  • Defects are limited to serious structural issues. Photos must be provided within 48 hours of receipt. No responsibility is taken for damages once items have been used on the pitch.

5. USAGE & DURABILITY | 使用規範與損耗

  • 足球鞋屬高強度消耗品。一旦出現使用痕跡，除經證實之生產缺陷外，恕不接受任何退換或損壞索償。

  • Football boots are high-intensity consumables. No returns or claims will be accepted once signs of use appear, except for proven manufacturing defects.

6. PROFESSIONAL ADVICE | 專業建議免責

  • 本公司提供的尺碼及款式建議僅供參考。最終決定權在客人手中，本店不承擔因建議而產生的穿著不適或尺碼誤差責任。

  • Size and style recommendations are for reference only. The final decision rests with the customer, and we bear no liability for discomfort or size errors resulting from such advice.

7. DELIVERY & ADDRESSES | 物流與地址責任

  • 客人須確保收貨資料準確。如因地址錯誤或未完成 EZ WAY (台灣) 實名認證導致派送失敗，所有額外運費或損失須由客人承擔。

  • Customers must ensure address accuracy. Extra costs due to incorrect info or failure to complete EZ WAY (Taiwan) authentication are the customer's responsibility.

8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | 跨境交易與稅項

  • 所有跨境訂單之關稅、海關費用及本地稅項須由收件人負責。國際運費 ($250) 恕不退還。

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties and local taxes. Shipping fees ($250) are non-refundable.

9. 責任限制 (Limitation of Liability)

  • 貨品移交物流公司（如順豐、EMS）後，運輸風險將轉移至物流供應商。因惡劣天氣或清關導致的延誤，本公司恕不負責。

  • Risk transfers to the carrier (SF/EMS) upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY | 知識產權

  • 本網站所有攝影圖片、球鞋評測及原創內容均屬 HKGBALLBOOT LIMITED 之財產。未經授權，嚴禁任何形式之轉載、抄襲或商業使用。

  • All photos, reviews, and original content on this site are the property of HKGBALLBOOT LIMITED. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

11. GOVERNING LAW | 法律管轄權

  • 本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何相關爭議將由香港法院審理。

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes will be settled in Hong Kong courts.
